PLEASE NOTE: Due to our limited group block, rooms at the Palazzo Hotel Resort Casino at the discounted rate are available to attendees of the 2011 Cosmetic Surgery Forum and their guests only. Also, the group block begins on December 1, 2011, and we are unable to provide access to any discounted rooms at our group rate either prior to December 1 or after December 4, 2011.
