$450 for three days of great discourse.
Regular Fee: November 1 - December 1, 2012
$500 for three days of great discourse.
Residents in Dermatology & Other Cosmetic Industries
75 grants will be awarded through an application and abstract submission process.
Abstract Deadline for initial consideration: August 20, 2012. 1st round alternatives will be selected from the original group submissions. We will, however accept alternate applications and abstracts until September 30, 2012.
If not selected for a grant, Residents will be offered a significantly reduced registration fee of only $100.

$100 fee for all 3 days of a great course.
Non-Exhibiting Industry Members and Family Practitioners/ObGyn/PA/NP/Other

Regular Fee
$1,000 for three days of great discourse.
Regular Room Rates (limited block available)
Palazzo at the Venetian
$159/night plus taxes and fees, available Wednesday, November 30 - Saturday night, December 1 with a Sunday, December 2 check out. Mention Cosmetic Surgery Forum when you call the Palazzo.
