Dr. Joely Kaufman is a board certified dermatologist, who attended the University of Michigan and completed her medical training at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She served as full time faculty at the University’s department of dermatology and cutaneous surgery, during which time she received a teaching award, several research awards and published numerous peer reviewed articles. She is still active at the University as a clinical Associate Professor, teaching residents and fellows injection and laser techniques. Dr. Kaufman currently is the Director of Skin Associates of South Florida, where she practiced under Dr. Frederic Brandt for 7 years. She is heavily involved in clinical research at the Skin Research Institute and is an investigator on several clinical trials in dermatology. She lectures nationally and internationally on aesthetic procedures in dermatology including toxins, fillers and lasers.
