Dr. Amy Forman Taub founded Advanced Dermatology, one of the top medical and cosmetic dermatology practices in the US. Recognized for excellence in dermatological care, specializing in aesthetic dermatology, including injectable fillers and neuromodulators, laser surgery including resurfacing, non-invasive body shaping, laser resurfacing, treatments for acne scarring and procedural treatments for acne, photodynamic therapy and cosmeceutical-grade skincare, Advanced Dermatology has two locations in the Chicago suburbs, Lincolnshire and Glencoe, IL.
Dr. Taub also founded the website, skinfo.com in 2002, the second skincare store on the Internet. She also opened a skincare boutique called skinfo® in the same locations as her practices, which employs certified estheticians offering expert help in constructing skincare regimens unique to a patient’s individual needs.

Dr. Taub is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at Northwestern University Medical School. She is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Surgery and Medicine, Chicago Dermatologic Society, Illinois State Dermatologic Society, Leader’s Society of the Dermatology Foundation, Amonette Circle of the Skin Cancer Foundation, Medical Advisory Council of the Skin Cancer Foundation, a founding member of Dermatologic & Aesthetic Surgery International League (DASIL), and on the Industry Advisory Council of ASDS . She is a senior editor at the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology and a peer-reviewer for Dermatologic Surgery and an Allergan Medical Facial Aesthetic Speaker and Trainer.
